5. According to the frequency of commodity application, the scraps on the inner wall and shaft of gun claw can be removed once after 5000 times of application, and lubricating grease should be dropped on the core rivets; when the gun claw is damaged and the rivet rod is deviated, the whole set of gun claws should be replaced. After filling and filling, the gear should be arranged to reduce the stroke immediately. Close the main gate valve of pneumatic valve after work.

6. After riveting the rivets with riveting gun, the riveter and accessories must be cleaned and sorted immediately, put them in auxiliary tools, and remove the goods and wastes on the operation platform.

7. There is no burr on the hole wall, and dirty things are made out. Rivet manufacturers pay attention to: when the gun nozzle can not suck nails, first close the valve to check whether the gun claw position is blocked by the nail core. In case of blockage, please remove the specification of the gun claw sleeve, and be careful to remove the nail rod blocked in the pipe with pointed nose pliers! After the core is pulled out, distinguish the riveting condition of the commodity and determine whether all the nails are normally sucked into the core barrel. If everything is OK, repeat the next installation position. When the core is half stored in the core barrel, it should be emptied out immediately.
